User privilege levels

Surfly has three privilege levels: "Agent," "Manager," and "Admin." Here's a breakdown of what each of these roles entails:

  1. Agent: This is the default role for Surfly users. Users with this privilege level can respond to incoming requests and access their own usage history. However, they cannot access settings or add or remove other agents.

  2. Manager: Users with the "Manager" role can perform all the tasks that "Agents" can do, plus they have the ability to add and remove agents from the dashboard and see their usage history.

  3. Admin: Users with the "Admin" role have the highest level of privilege. They can manage all users and their roles, access their usage history, and access all configuration settings.

It's important to note that the specific names and levels of user privilege may have additional features and functionality beyond what is listed here.
