When you’ve registered for a Surfly account at http://surfly.com/register you’ll get an activation email. Click the link in the email to activate your account. You now have access to our 14-day free trial and you can use our API to integrate Surfly on your website
After the 14 days, you will automatically be downgraded to a free plan, which gives you five co-browsing sessions a month that you can start from your Surfly dashboard. If you want to keep using our API, you need to upgrade to a Business or Enterprise subscription. If you just want to be able to co-browse from your Surfly dashboard, but you’d still like unlimited sessions, you can upgrade to a pro plan. You can change your plan by going to “Settings” > “Billing”. If you would like to learn more about our pricing, take a look at our website or reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to add agents to your account, you can do this from the “Agents” page. Fill in the fields and click “Add agent” to add the agent to your account. They will then get an activation email on the email address that you’ve specified, that allows them to create a password for their account. For each agent you create, a subscription will be added to your billing.
