Limitations of Surfly On-Premise Installation License

Please note that some functionalities available on https://app.surfly.com are not included in the Surfly on-premise installation license. These functionalities include:

• Video chat and screen-sharing, which require a third-party cloud service not included in the license.

• Document Editor & E-sign services are not included in the license. However, you can still share and view PDFs. For other file formats (e.g. *.jpg), the message "File type not supported" will appear.

• Session recording requires an additional server setup dedicated to this feature and is not included in the license.

Please keep these limitations in mind when using Surfly on-premise. Some of these functionalities can be enabled for your setup in on-premise or cloud mode at an additional cost. If you would like to enable these functionalities, please contact support@surfly.com for further information.
