Please note that some functionalities available on https://app.surfly.com are not included in the Surfly on-premise installation license. These functionalities include:

Video chat and screen-sharing, which require a third-party cloud service not included in the license.

Document Editor & E-sign services are not included in the license. However, you can still share and view PDFs. For other file formats (e.g. *.jpg), the message "File type not supported" will appear.

Session recording requires an additional server setup dedicated to this feature and is not included in the license.
Please keep these limitations in mind when using Surfly on-premise. Some of these functionalities can be enabled for your setup in on-premise or cloud mode at an additional cost. If you would like to enable these functionalities, please contact support@surfly.com for further information.
