If you make use of Intercom, Olark or Zendesk, we already have an integration ready for you.
Just add the above snippet to the page you want to be able to co-browse from, and enable the “Chat integration” option from your Surfly dashboard under “Settings” > “Options” > “General session settings”.
You can then start co-browsing sessions directly from your chat solution’s dashboard by typing this in the chat:
The session will start on your customer’s side, making them the leader, and the agent the follower. The agent can take the call from their Surfly queue page.
Tip: enable the “Docked only” option on the Surfly dashboard to hide the Surfly chat widget.
