Can I cancel my Surfly plan?
🧾 If you purchased your plan online (credit card/self-service)
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription directly from your account:
Go to Settings > Plan
Click “Cancel your current plan” or select a free plan
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan).
If you upgrade, changes apply immediately.
If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the current term.
🏢 If you are an enterprise customer (signed contract)
Enterprise customers with custom agreements must follow the cancellation process defined in their contract.
In most cases, written notice must be sent to Surfly at least 30 days prior to the end of the current subscription term.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless such notice is received.
