Can I cancel my Surfly plan?

🧾 If you purchased your plan online (credit card/self-service)

You can cancel or downgrade your subscription directly from your account:

  • Go to Settings > Plan

  • Click “Cancel your current plan” or select a free plan

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan).

  • If you upgrade, changes apply immediately.

  • If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the current term.


🏢 If you are an enterprise customer (signed contract)

Enterprise customers with custom agreements must follow the cancellation process defined in their contract.

  • In most cases, written notice must be sent to Surfly at least 30 days prior to the end of the current subscription term.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless such notice is received.

  • Please reach out to your account manager or invoice@surfly.com if you wish to discuss cancellation, renewal, or changes to your subscription.
