Good question! The answer though, is different per use case. As a sales representative or an advisor, you could send the co-browsing link at the beginning of your call and your demo would start when your client joins the session. Or maybe you would like to send the link together with your calendar invite. In support, the most obvious time would be when a client mentions they can’t find something on your website. It could be interesting to not limit yourself to these instances though, as visual collaboration can be a great way to build a relationship with your client.
