Great! This means that Surfly has been integrated on your company’s website. The most common flow is that the customer starts the co-browsing session, and that by doing so, a four number session ID is displayed to them. The customer should give you this number so you can use it to identify the correct call from the queue.
You’ll find the queue on your Surfly dashboard. Here, you’ll see all incoming co-browsing requests for your company. Use the session ID to find the correct one and click “Take call” to join the customer on their browser.
